Open up the template shift + d to duplicate it and close out the original.

Make top grey square active and open paper 1 (blue) and paste as a new layer

Make bottom grey square active and open paper 1 (blue) and paste as a new layer

Now go to vanderlee-unplugged x- interlace

with these settings:

1-50-50-1-0-50 soft light

do this action to both top and bottom grey square.

Now make top pink rectangle active and open paper 3 (green) and paste as a new layer.

Then make bottom pink rectangle active and open paper 3 (green) and paste as a new layer.

Now make top blue square active and open paper 3 (pink) and paste as a new layer.

Then make bottom blue square active and open paper 3 (pink) and paste as a new layer.

Now go to vanderlee-unplugged x- interlace

with these settings:

1-50-50-1-0-50 soft light

Do this action to both top and bottom blue square.

Move up to circle and open paper 1 (blue)

and paste as a new layer.

Now go to vanderlee-unplugged x- interlace

with these settings:

1-50-50-1-0-50 soft light

Remove these layers: stars,black thin rectangle, round rectangle and

creadits.

Now add some gradient glow to all your layers, you choose what color. 

Or simply just add shadow.

Mark circle and open element 67 and paste as a new layer, invert and

delete set opacity to 72%

Open element 1 and paste behind the cirlce layer were you want it and duplicate flip and mirror it.

Open element 21 and paste it as many times you want on top of top and bottom blue rectangle.

Open element 26 and paste as a new layer behind the circle layer.

Open element 27 and paste it on the side of the frame and duplicate

and mirror it.

Open element 31 and paste on top of cirlce and duplicate and mirror it.

Now go to background and make it active, flodd fill with a color

of choice, then add mask of choice.

Open element 57 and paste as a new layer on top of circle and duplicate and

mirror.

Now add signature and copyright and we are done☺
