Open up the template shift + d to duplicate it and close out the original.

Start at the bottom mark layer "top black square and open paper 13 and add as a new layer.

Then move up to bottom black square mark and open paper 13 and add as a new layer.

Now go to rectangle layer and mark then add a new raster layer and choose a silver 

grey color and flood fill with it.

Use dbs flux - bright noise

With these settings: Intensity 41   Lighter

Then go to xero - fritillary

With these settings: 5 - 30 - 10 - 30

Move up to top red circle mark and open paper 19 and paste as a new layer.

Then bottom red circle and open paper 19 again and paste as a new layer.

Mark top round rectangle and open paper 7 and paste as a new layer.

Move up to bottom rectangle mark and open paper 7 again and paste as a new layer.

Move up to circle mark and open paper 9 and paste as a new layer.

Now you go to gradient glow and do this to all the tempalte layers.

First you choose the color white

With these settings: 

Gradient glow: 3.00 

 Soft Corners: 25

Overall Opacity: 100

Strong white half way on scale.

After you have done this to all template layer you

Choose color black

With these settings:

Gradient glow: 3.00 

 Soft Corners: 25

Overall Opacity: 100

Strong black over half way on scale.

Then you open tube of choice and paste as a new layer

and go to xero - radience

With these settings:  66 - 95 - 58 - 193

Open splatter and paste as a new layer on the background layer,

duplicate and mirror, duplicate again and flip and duplicate and mirror.

Open sparkle and paste as a new layer on the circle layer.

Open screw and resize to 24% and paste were you want it.

Open ribbon 1 and resize to 47% and paste were you want it.

Open glitter scatter and paste as a new layer on the background layer and duplicate and flip.

Open glitter trail and paste as a new layer on top of bottom and top round rectangle.

Then you choose your font and write Naughty Or Nice.

Add copyright and signature and we are done☺
