Open up the template shift +d to duplicate it close out the original. 

delte these layers : Lg stars, dotted line1, sm stars, Thin Rectangle,

Start at the bottom with layer Upper Left Rectangle mark and open paper 26 paste as a new layer and merge down.

Now go to plugins - unplugged x - interlace

With these settings:  2 - 46 - 15 - 1 - 0 - 1 - 0   Darken

Now move up to layer Lower Right Rectangle mark and open paper 26 again and paste as a new layer and merge down.

Now go to plugins - unplugged x - interlace

With these settings:  2 - 46 - 15 - 1 - 0 - 1 - 0   Darken

Move up to layer  Upper Right Circle 2 and mark and open paper 21

and paste as new layer and merge down.

Go to plugins - xero - fritillary

With these settings: 4 - 124 - 32 - 0

And then Lower Left Circle 2 mark and open paper 21

and paste as new layer and merge down.

Go to plugins - xero - fritillary

With these settings: 4 - 124 - 32 - 0

Now go to pink circle layer and open paper 16 paste as new layer and merge.

Go to plugins - xero - fritillary

With these settings: 4 - 124 - 32 - 0

Now move up to layer Frame Back Left open tube of chocie and mark and add the part you want from the tube as a new layer.

duplicate the the tube layer and go to properties and choose luminance legacy. 

Now go to plugins - unplugged x - interlace

With these settings:  2 - 46 - 15 - 1 - 0 - 1 - 0   Darken

now go to Frame Back Right and do the same.

Now open paper 2 and use the mask of choice

then duplicate and mirror it.

Now open up the tube you are going to use and paste as a new layer

then go to plugins - xero - radience 

With these settings:  0 - 124 - 106 - 255

Open wire and paste as a new layer on pink circle.

open sparkles and paste as a new layer behind the tube layer and duplicate and flip it.

open glitter 2 and paste as a new layer on Lower Right Rectangle.

open flower1 and paste on top of all layers were you want it.

Now you open the font you want to use and Write "Bad Girls Do It Better"

Add copyright and signature and you are done☺
