Ok open up the template shift +d to duplicate it close out the original. 

Start with delete thses layers: Credits , Wordart by kristin , wordart back.

Now start at the bottom with layer Purple Rectangle 1 mark with your magic wand tool open paper 18 and paste as new layer - invert and delete.

With these settings:  1 - 50 - 50 - 1 - 0 - 50  Soft Light

Move up to Purple Rectangle 2  mark with your magic wand tool open paper 18 and paste as new layer - invert and delete.

Then Pink Rectangle 1 mark with your magic wand tool open paper 25 and paste as new layer - invert and delete.

Then Pink Rectangle 2 mark with your magic wand tool open paper 25 and paste as new layer - invert and delete.

Move up to Rectangle and open paper  9 and paste as new layer - invert and delete.

Go to "Glitter Circle" mark add new raste layer  flood fill with black

then go to dbs flux - bright noise

With these settings:  Intensity: 42  Mix

Now move up to "Circle" and add a new raster layer, flood fill with white and open tube of choice. Add as a new layer invert - delete and merge.

Now go to tube layer mark right click - properties - luminance legacy 

then go to xero - radience

With these settings: 56 - 42 - 34 - 192 

Then go to VanDer Lee - Unplugged X - Interlace 

With these settings:  1 - 50 - 50 - 1 - 0 - 50  Screen

Now go to Thin Black Rectangle 1 & Thin Black Rectangle 2 and do this 

Mark open paper 7 add as new layer - invert and merge.

With these settings:  1 - 50 - 50 - 1 - 0 - 50  Soft Light

Now go to layer Dotted rectangle 1 and 2 go to layers - new adjustment layer - hue/saturation/lightness

With these settings: choose  colorize -  lightness - 65

Use paper 21 and add a mask of choice and move to bottom

Open pandorable word art and paste as a new layer on top of rectangle.

With these settings:  1 - 50 - 50 - 1 - 0 - 50  Soft Light

Open element frame 1 and add to layer circle as a new layer.

open barbed heart and paste as a new layer were you ewant it.

open wire and paste as a new layer on  glitter circle

Open chain and add were you want  it.

Open splatter and paste it were you want on top of rectangle.

open flame and rotate it and paste on top of rectangle.

mirror it.

Now you add the text "i m not messy i am creative" 

with the font you have choosen and add signature  and copyright

And we are done!
