Ok open up the template shift +d to duplicate it close out the original. 

Start with left square layer mark with your magic wand tool open paper 17 and paste as new layer.

now go to unplugged x - TV RGB

With these settings: Transparency : 37 Normal

Move up to layer right square mark with you mwt and open paper 17 again and paste as new layer.

now go to unplugged x - TV RGB

With these settings: Transparency : 37 Normal

Now go to pink top rectangle and open paper 16 and paste as new layer.

go up to pink bottom rectangle open paper 16 and paste as new layer.

Move up to blue top rectangle mark with your mwt and open paper 18 and paste as new layer.

dbs flux - spider web

With these settings:  10 - 1 - 50

Then blue bottom rectangle mark with your mwt and open paper 18

and paste as new layer.

Now move up to rounded rectangle mark and open paper 2 paste as new layer.

Now go to unplugged x - interlace

With these settings: 3 - 53 -  2 - 1 - 0 - 1

Move up to Circle mark and open paper 1 and paste as new layer.

Now open paper 18 and use this with mask of choice..

Paste your tube as a new layer.

Open kiss my shamrock word art and paste as new layer on top of rounded rectangle.

open sparkles 2 and paste as new layer on top of circle.

open leaves and paste as a new layer on top of circle

open butterfly paste were you like.

Open frame 2 resize 70% and paste as new layer on top of circle.

Now add word art, signature and copyright and you are done!☺
