Open up the template shift + d to duplicate it and close out the original.

Start from bottom with rectangle top mark with your magic wand tool and

open paper 8 and paste as a new layer.

Then move up to rectangle bottom mark with your magic wand tool and open paper 8 again and paste asa new layer.

Now move up to square top and use your dropping tool to steal a orange color from paper 7 and add a new raster layer and flood fill with the color you have choicen.

Go to xero - fritillary

With these settings: 5 - 33 - 19 - 53

Now move to square bottom and use your dropping tool to steal a orange color from  paper 7 and add a new raster layer and flood fill with the color you have choicen.

Go to xero - fritillary

With these settings: 5 - 33 - 19 - 53

Now move up to round rectangle top and open paper 7 and paste as a new layer.

Then to round rectangle bottom and open paper 7 and paste as a new layer.

Now move up to round rectangle and open paper 14 and paste as a new layer.

Now open the tube of choice and paste it as a new layer.

Then go to xero - radience

With these settings: 96 - 22 - 62 - 154 

Open tree 2 and paste it as a new layer duplicate and merge.

Open sparkles and paste as a new layer on top of round rectangle.

Open cloud and paste it were you like,

open flower 1 and paste it were you like.

Now add word art and copyright and we are done!
