Open up the template shift +d to duplicate it close out the original. 

Start from the bottom at layer 8 mark and open paper 5 add as new layer.

Add drop shadow  

With these settings:  V 2    H  2  Opacity: 31 

Move up to layer 9  go to plugins - vander lee - interlace

With these settings:  2 - 75 - 40 - 1 - 0 - 1  Transparency: 0  Darken

Now move up to layer called 2 and mark and open paper 6 add as new layer.

Go to plugins - eyecandy4000 - gradient glow

With these settings:  color pink  Glow Width: 5.00        soft corners: 25

Overall Opacity: 100

Now move up to layer named 3 mark and open paper 9 paste as new layer.

Move up to layer 5 and go to plugins - xero - fritillary

With these settings:  4 - 124 - 100 - 66

Do the same to layer 6

Go to layer 7 and mark and flood fill with white

move up to layer 1 and go to layers- new adjustment layer - hue/saturation/lightness

With these settings:   Choose color cyan

hue: 0          saturation:  -100           lightness: 100

Go to layer 7 open tube close up of choice and paste it as a new layer

go to plugins - xero - radience

With these settings:    34 - 75 - 213 - 217 

Then go to vander lee- unplugged x - interlace

With these settings:    2 - 46 - 15 - 1 - 0 - 1

stay on  layer 7 and  find some  lyrics you want to put into the frame.

open sparkle2 and add to both layer 6 and 5

open web and paste on layer 8 duplicate - flip -mirror

Now you paste the tube of choice and go to plugins - xero - porcelain

With these settings:  50 - 128 - 176 - 106 - 124 - 112

 Open up a new canvas flodd fill with black and add your mask

duplicate mirror and flip.

Add copyright and name and we are done!
