Open up the template shift + d to duplicate it and close out the original.

Start at the bottom with "Top Purple Rectangle" 

mark and open paper 21 and paste as a new layer

Now move up to "Bottom Purple Rectangle"

mark and open paper 21 and paste as a new layer.

Now on to layer "Top Purple Circle"

mark and open paper 10 and paste as a new layer.

on to layer "Bottom Purple Circle"

mark and open paper 10 and paste as a new layer.

Now move up to "Top Round Rectangle" mark and open 

paper 12 and paste as a new layer.

Then up to "Bottom Round Rectangle"  mark and open 

paper 12 and paste as a new layer.

Now up to layer "Cricle" and open paper 25 and paste as new layer.

Now move uo to the last layer "Rectangle" mark 

and open paper 9 and paste as a new layer.

Now open filmstrip and and paper  5 and paste the paper 5 as a new layer on top of the filmstrip and move the filmstrip to the top.

Now take some parts of the tube you want to use resize to fit the filmstrip frames. Then paste as a new layer and promote to layer and do this again until you have filled all frames.

Now merge the tube layers down and go to properties luminance legacy and duplicate and again go to properties and choose screen.

Now go to Xero - Fritillary

With these settings:  3 - 43 - 12 - 20

Now open the tube of choice and paste asa new layer.

Then go to Xero - Radience

With these settings: 128 - 50 - 128 - 255

Now open a new cnvas 750 X 650 and flood fill with a purple from

scrap kit and use the mask of choice.

Open word art and paste as a new layer on the circle layer.

Open web and paste as a new layer on top of mask layer.

Open sparkles and paste as a new layer on top of cirlce duplicate 5 times.

Open logo and paste on top of rectangle.

Open frame 2 and paste on top of rectangle.

Open discoball and paste on top of circle.

Now add copyright and signature and we are done!
