Open up the template shift + d to duplicate it and close out the original.

Start at the bottom with top circle mark and open paper 3 (pink) and paste as a new layer.

Now move up to bottom circle mark and open paper 3 (pink) and paste as a new layer.

Now move up to top square mark and open paper 3 (blue) and paste as a new layer.

And now on the bottom square mark and open paper 3 (blue) and paste as new layer.

Move up to top rectangle layer mark and open paper 6 and paste as a new layer.

Then up to bottom rectangle layer mark and open paper 6 and paste as a new layer.

On the round rectangle layer mark and open paper 2 and paste as a new layer..

Now go to circle layer and open paper 3 (blue) and paste as a new layer.

Open the tube of choice and resize to what size you need and paste as a new layer on top of circle.

Open element 67 and paste as a new layer on top of circle layer.

Open element 69 and paste as a new layer on background.

Open element 10 and paste on the bottom square layer so it shows, 

duplicate and flip.

Open element 11 and paste it as a new layer on the cirlce layer.

Open element 12 and paste on top of circle layer.

Open element 26 and paste under circle layer duplicate

and flip..

Open element 32 and paste were you want them.

Open element 21 and paste it were you want it.

Open element 50 and paste it as a new layer on top of circle layer.

Open element 51 and paste as a new layer on top of circle layer.

Open element 80 and paste as a new layer were you want it..
