Open up the template shift + d to duplicate it and close out the original.

Start at the bottom with raster 1 mark and open paper 2 and paste a a new layer.

Go to dbs flux - bright noise 

With these settings: Intensity 41 Mix

Then go to layer merged and steal a bright green color from the paper 2 and flood fill with it.

Then go to Xero - Fritillary

With these settings: 5 - 30 - 10 - 21

Now go to raster 2 and mark with your magic wand tool, invert and use same color you stole from paper 2 before, and flood fill with it.

Go to dbs flux - bright noise 

With these settings: Intensity 41 Mix

Now to the other merged layer "the frames"

make them both black.

Then up to raster 4 mark and open paper 2 again resize to 50% and paste as a 

new layer invert and delete.

Go to raster 3 "frame" and make it black.

Then you open a new canvas 700 x 700 and flodd fill with what color

you like and add your mask layer to it.

Mark raster 4  then open up the close up of

 the tube you want to use, then duplicate it.

Go to properties luminance legacy.

Then go to the duplicated layer and properties and screen.

Open element 5 and paste it on each side of the frames.

Open element 32 resize to 41% then paste it on top of

the merged rectangles then duplicate and flip.

Open element 31 resize to 41% and paste near the flowers then duplicate and mirror.

Open element 23 and paste it behind raster 1 duplicate and mirror.

Open element 50 then go to dbs flux - bright noise

With these settings: Intensity 41 Lighter

Now add word art, signature and copyright

and we are done!
