Open up the template shift + d to duplicate it and close out the original.

Start from the bottom with bottom rectangle mark and open paper 15

and paste as a new layer.

Move up to top square and mark and open paper 15

paste as a new layer..

Now move up to layer called top square mark and open

paper 11 and paste as a new layer

Then move on to bottom square layer mark and open paper

11 and paste as a new layer.

Now on to black top rectangle mark and open paper 12

paste as a new layer.

Then on to the bloack bottom layer mark and open paper 12

and paste as a new layer.

Move up to circle layer mark and open paper 14

and paste as a new layer.

Move up to the rectangle layer mark and open paper 13

and paste as a new layer.

Open new canvas 750 X 650 flood fill with black

open mask of choice and add, paste as a new layer

on the background layer.

　

Open up the filmstrip and add a new rater layer and flood fill with the

color of choice and move to bottom.

Now open the tube of choice and resize so you get the size you need,

paste some of the parts of the tube as new layers on to the flood filled background.

Then use the selection tool to remove overflood so it looks neat and nice.

Right click and choose properties choose screen.

Then go to unplugged x - interlace

With these settings: 1 - 50 - 50 - 1 - 0 - 50

Now merge all and paste as a new layer on top of rectangle layer.

Open element star and gear swirl and paste as a new layer on top

of backgroun layer, duplicate, mirror and flip.

Open element sparkles and paste as a new layer on top of

circle layer.

Open element bow 1 resize to 29% and paste in both upper corner of the filmstrip.

Open cluset frame and paste as a new layer on to circle layer.

Open the steam punk label and paste it near the tubes legs.

Now add signature and copyright!☺
