Open up the template shift + d to duplicate it and close out the original.

Delete skulls,pixel words, circle,

Make left circle active and open paper 12 resize to 57% and paste as a new layer.

Make left glitter circle active and go to layers -new adjustment layer-

saturation-hue-lightness with these settings

Hue: 30

Saturation: 0

Lightness: -9

Make right circle active and open paper 12 again and resize to 57% 

and paste as a new layer.

Make right glitter circle active and go to layers -new adjustment layer-

saturation-hue-lightness with these settings

Hue: 30

Saturation: 0

Lightness: -9

Make rectangle left active and open paper 4 and resize to 45% and paste as a new layer.

Make rectangle right active and open paper 4 and resize to 45% and paste as a new layer.

Make glitter rectangle active and go to layers -new adjustment layer-

saturation-hue-lightness with these settings

Hue: 30

Saturation: 46

Lightness: -4

Make wordart 2 active and open paper 4 and paste into selection.

Gradient 3 glow with light grey

Go to VanDer Lee - Unplugged x - Interlace with these settings:

1-50-50-1-0-50 Screen

Then gradient glow again 3 with light grey.

Open tube of chicue and paste as a new layer on top of star2 layer.

Go to xero-radience

With these settings:

13-112-225-181

Open element 20 and paste it behind the tube into the rectangle layer, as amny times you want.

Open element 34 and paste behind the tube on to rectangle 2.

Open element 4 and paste as a new layer behind the tube.

Open element 46 and paste behind the tube.

Add copyright and signature and we are done☺
