Open template and press shift + D to duplicate the template and close the original.

Make the copy of raster 3 active and open paper 1 and paste as a new layer, invert and delete.

add some grey gradient glow to it with these settings:

Width: 3.00

Soft Corners: 25%

Overall opacity: 100%

Then add some bright noise to it with these settings:

Intensity: 35

Mix

Now make copy of raster 3 part 2 active and open paper 9 and paste as a new layer,invert and delete.

add some grey gradient glow to it with these settings:

Width: 3.00

Soft Corners: 25%

Overall opacity: 100%

Then add some bright noise to it with these settings:

Intensity: 35

Mix

Make raster layer 9 active and open paper 7 and paste as a new layer,invert and delete.

add some grey gradient glow to it with these settings:

Width: 3.00

Soft Corners: 25%

Overall opacity: 100%

Then add some bright noise to it with these settings:

Intensity: 35

Mix

Make raster 6 active and open paper 10 and resize to 400 x 400 and paste as a new layer, invert and delete.

Make the copy of the vector layer 1 active and open paper 8 resize to 600 x 600 and paste as a new layer,invert and delete.

add some grey gradient glow to it with these settings:

Width: 3.00

Soft Corners: 25%

Overall opacity: 100%

Then add some bright noise to it with these settings:

Intensity: 35

Mix

Make raster layer 7 active and open paper 6 and resize to 400 x 400 and paste as a new layer,invert and delete.

Make the copy of vector 1 part 2 active and open paper 10 and paste as a new layer,invert and delete.

add some grey gradient glow to it with these settings:

Width: 3.00

Soft Corners: 25%

Overall opacity: 100%

Then add some bright noise to it with these settings:

Intensity: 35

Mix

Delete raster 3.

Now open up the tube ofchoice and paste as a new layer.

Add some radience to it with these settings:

128 - 50 - 128 - 255

~*Elements*~

Open element 17 and paste behind your tag duplicate it,mirror it and flip it to you got one in every corner of your tag.

Open element 16 and paste it behind raster 9, duplicate and flip.

Open element 18 rotate it to the left and paste it behind the raster 9.

Open element 25 and paste it on top of raster 9.

Open element 27 and paste as a new layer on top of raster 9.

Open element 30 and paste as a new layer were you want it.

Open element 31 and resize it to 151 x 149 and paste it as a new layer into the first frame picture then promote to layer and remove the parts that sticks outside the frame with your selection tool.

Open element 32 resize it to 448 x 248 and paste it behind raster 9 and let the curten show in bottom of raster 9.

Then duplicate and mirror, then dulpicate and flip.

Make raster 7 active and open element 43 resize it to 400 x 400 and paste as a newl ayer,invert and delete.

Make raster 8 active and open element 43 resize it to 400 x 400 and paste as a newl ayer,invert and delete.

Open element 48 resize it to 40% and paste it were you want it.

Open element 50 resize to 50% and paste it on the bottom of your tag duplicate, mirror and move to bottom.

pen element 68 and paste it on top of your tube layer, duplicate and mirror.

Open element 83 resize to 50% then paste it were you want it.

Open element 97 resize to 80% then paste it behind the rip stone.

Now add copyright, tag name and we are done!
