Open template and press shift + D to duplicate the template and close the original. 

Start by making layer 1 active and open paper 8 and paste as a new layer,invert and delete.

Now we are going to add some gradient glow to it

Add gradient glow in white with these settings:

Width: 3.00 Soft corners: 25% Drag the arrow to almost full to get a compact color.

Now add one more gradient glow to same layer, a neon green color. with same settings.

We are now adding some bright noise to it by using Dsb Flux filter.

With these settings:

Intesity: 45

Mix

Make layer 2 active and open paper 5 and paste as a new layer,invert and delete.

add bright noise to it with these settings:

Intesity: 35

Mix

Now we are going to add some gradient glow to it

Add gradient glow in white with these settings:

Width: 3.00 Soft corners: 25% Drag the arrow to almost full to get a compact color.

Now add one more gradient glow to same layer, a neon green color. with same settings.

We are now adding some bright noise to it by using Dsb Flux filter.

With these settings:

Intesity: 45

Mix

Duplicate and mirror

move so only the gradient glow we made shows outside layer 3 when you are happy

delete layer 3.

Make layer 4 active and open paper 7 and paste as a new layer,invert and delete.

then before you merge down make layer 4 active again and open paper 1 and paste as a new layer,invert and delete.

Now go to the layer with the orange paper and add some bright noise to it.

With these settings:

Intensity: 40

Lighter

Then move to the green paper layer and go to your filter "Vm Distrotion - Broken mirorr

with these settings: 16 - 16 - 16 - 92 - 0 - 92

Then we are going to add some fritillary to it by going to our Xero filter - Fritillary

With this settings: 5 - 30 - 10 - 0

Now make layer 4 active again and a

add gradient glow in white with these settings:

Width: 3.00 Soft corners: 25% Drag the arrow to almost full to get a compact color.

Now add one more gradient glow to same layer, a neon green color. with same settings.

We are now adding some bright noise to it by using Dsb Flux filter.

With these settings:

Intesity: 45

Mix

Make layer 5 active and open paper 7 and paste as a new layer,invert and delete.

Now we are going to add some gradient glow to it

Add gradient glow in white with these settings:

Width: 3.00

Drag the arrow to almost full to get a compact color.

Now add one more gradient glow to same layer, a orange color. with same settings.

We are now adding some bright noise to it by using Dsb Flux filter.

With these settings:

Intesity: 45

Mix

Duplicate this layer and mirror it when you only see the gradient glow 

outside the layer 6 delete the layer 6.

Make layer 7 active and open paper 2 resize to 500 x 500 and paste as a new layer, invert and delete.

Now we are going to add some gradient glow to it

Add gradient glow in white with these settings:

Width: 3.00 Soft corners: 25% Drag the arrow to almost full to get a compact color.

Now add one more gradient glow to same layer, a orange color. with same settings.

We are now adding some bright noise to it by using Dsb Flux filter.

With these settings:

Intesity: 45

Mix

Duplicate this layer and mirror it, when you only see the gradient glow outside the layer 8 delete layer 8. 

Delete layer 9 and 10.

~*Elements*~

Open element 8 and paste it on top of layer 7 into the corner of the first square, duplicate and mirror.

Open element 1 and paste it on top of layer 7, use your selction tool and remove the bottom of the element so it looks like it stick through the frames.

Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 18 and paste on top of layer 5 in the corner to the top, duplicate,mirror.

add some sahdow to it. duplicate and flip,then duplicate and mirror.

Open element 22 and paste it on top of layer 4.

Open element 29 and paste it on top of the fence layer.

Open element 32 and paste in to top of layer 4 duplicate and flip.

Open element 33 and resize it to 67% and paste it as a new layer on top of layer 4

Open element 36 and paste it on top of layer 1 and duplicate mirror,duplicate and flip. do this until you have it in all 4 corners in back of your tag.

Now open the tube and paste it as a new layer.

Open element 48 and paste it on top of tube a few times to make it pop!

Open element 64 resize to 52% rotate it 90 to the left and paste it on the side of the frame layer. duplicate and mirror.

Open element 34 resize to 50% then paste it on your tag were you want it.

duplicate and mirror.

Now add the text " Do You Like My Pumpkins"

Add copyright and tag name and we are done!
