Mask of choice i used mask 122 by Design By Vaybs Here

Let us Start!
Open up the template shift + d to duplicate it and close out the original.
Start at bottom and make thin top rectangle active, mark and open paper 3
and paste as a new layer.
Then go to Xero-Fritillary
With these settings: 5-30-10-21
Now make thin bottom rectangle active , mark and open paper 3
and paste as a new layer.
Then go to Xero-Fritillary
With these settings: 5-30-10-21
Now move up and make purple top rectangle active, mark and open paper 16
and paste as a new layer.
Move up and make purple bottom rectangle active, mark and open paper 16
and paste as a new layer.
Make blue top rectangle active, mark and open paper 10 and paste as a new
layer.
Make blue rectangle bottom active, mark and open paper 10
and paste as a new layer.
Make purple top rectangle active, mark and open paper 13 and
paste as a new layer.
Make purple bottom rectangle active, mark and open paper 13 and
paste as a new layer.
Now make pink cirlce left active, mark and flood fill with black
Then go to Xero-Fritillary
With these settings: 5-30-10-21
Then make pink cirlce right active, mark and flood fill with black.
Then go to Xero-Fritillary
With these settings: 5-30-10-21
Now make the circle active mark and open paper 11 and
paste as a new layer.
Elements:
Open web and paste it on top of cirlce layer.
Now open film strip add a new rater layer and flodd fill with black.
Then take parts of the tube and paste it into all the windows in the
film strip frame.
Now go to xero-radience
With these settings: 44- 58-189-222
Now merge only the tube layers, and duplicate.
Go to the original tube layer and go to properties - luminance legacy.
Then go to the duplicated tube layer and go to properties - screen.
Then again go to the original tube layer and go to plugins
L & K Zitah
With these settings: 5-33-37-47-69-66-57-32
Then again go to the duplicated tube layer and go to plugins
L & K Zitah
With these settings: 5-33-37-47-69-66-57-32
Then go to vanderlee- unplugged x-interlace
With these settings: 1-50-50-1-0-50
Do this to both orginal and duplicated tube layer.
Then merge all and paste the film strip as a new layer ontop of the web
Open doodle and put some gradient glow on it, then paste it behind the film strip.
Open splatter and paste it over the thin top layer then duplicate
and flip and mirror it and move it up to bottom thin rectangle.
Open sparkles and place it as a new layer on top of film strip.
Open skulls and paste them were you want.
Now flood fill the background layer with black, add mask of choice.
Now paste your tube as a new layer
Then add signature and copyright and we are done=)
