Open up the template shift + d to duplicate it and close out the original.

Start at the bottom with top grey rectangle mark and open paper 9

and paste as a new layer...

Move up to bottom grey rectangle mark and open paper 9 again

and paste as a new layer..

Move up to top maroon rectangle mark and open paper 8

and paste as a new layer...

On to bottom maroon rectangle mark and open paper 8 again

and paste as a new layer...

Move up to top pink circle mark and open paper 7

and paste as a new layer...

On to bottom pink circle mark and open paper 7

again and paste as a new layer...

Move up to top blue rectangle mark and open paper 10

and paste as a new layer...

Move on to bottom blue rectangle mark and open paper 10 again

and paste as a new layer...

Now move up to black round rectangle mark and open paper 21

and paste as a new layer..

Delete the layer black circle..

Remember to set drop shadow on all the layers

with these settings :

OV: 2,00

H: 2,00

AB: 50

Blur: 5,00

Color black

to the bottom layers

and

OV: -2,00

H: -2,00

AB: 50

Blur 5,00 color black

to top layers

Now drag the black round rectangle down two layers.

Elements:

Now open film strip and add a new raster layer and flood fill with a color from the kit and move to bottom.

Now take bits of the tube you want to use and paste into the frame as you like.

Then merke down the tube layers and go to properties

screen.

Then go to vanderlee - unplugged x - intelace

with these settings: 1 - 50 - 50 - 1 - 0 - 50

Merge down and paste as a new layer.

Now paste the tube of choice on top as a new layer.

Open bow 1 and resize to 40% paste on the filmstrip mirror it.

Open flame and resize to 70% and paste behind the filmstrip layer.

duplicate and mirror.

Open flower 1-2 and 3 and resize to 28% and paste them behind the filmstrip layer so they showes just on the edge of the filmstrip, duplicate and mirror them to get them as you want..

Open paw print resiza to 37% and paste as a new layer on top of the filmstrip duplicate and mirror...

Open sparkle 1 and paste as a new layer on top of bottom

blue rectangle and duplicate and flip...

Open splatter paste as a new selection on the left side behind the tag

duplicate,mirror,flip until you have coevered the whole background..

Take the word art and paste as a new layer behind the film strip..

Now add signature and copyright and we are done☺
