Open up the template shift + d to duplicate it and close out the original.

Start with bg layer open filter unlimited 2.0 and go to Vm distortion

Radial pox with these settings: 175 - 99 - 109 - 39

Go to dbs flux - spider web

with these settings: 86 - 34 - 65

Now move on to 1 and open paper 21 and paste as a new layer.

Go to dbs flux - spider web

with these settings: 86 - 34 - 65

Open layers 2-3 and 4 and merge down

now mark and open paper 25 and paste as a new layer.

Go to dbs flux - spider web

with these settings: 86 - 34 - 65

Now on to 5 mark and open paper 16 and paste

as a new layer.

On layer 6 mark and open paper 15 and paste as a new layer.

Go to dbs flux - spider web

with these settings: 86 - 34 - 65

Delete layer 7-8

Go to layer 9 mark and open paper 17 and paste as a new layer.

Got to layer 10 mark and add a new raster layer and flood fill with black

On layer 9 - 10 use gradient glow 3.00 with color hot pink.

Now find a lyric you want and write into layer 10 with a green color from the tube.

Add tube and copyright and

 signature and we are done☺
