Open up the template shift + d to duplicate it and close out the original.

Start at bottom and make top black square active

mark with your magic wand tool and open paper 11

and paste as a new layer.

Make bottom black square active then mark and open paper 11

and paste as a new layer.

Move up and make top red circle active and open paper 9

and paste as a new layer...

Then move up to bottom red circle and make it active then mark and 

open paper 9 and paste as a new layer.

Move up and make top rectangle active and mark and open

paper 2 and paste as a new layer.

Then go to Xero- Fritillary 

With these settings: 7 - 30 - 12 - 39

Move up and make bottom red rectangle active mark and open paper 2

and paste as a new layer.

Then go to Xero- Fritillary 

With these settings: 7 - 30 - 12 - 39

Make round rectangle active and flood fill with a light grey color and

open tube of choice and paste.

duplicate the tube layer and mirror it,

duplicate both tube layers.

Make the orginal tube layer active and go to properties and

choose luminance legacy, then go to the duplicated layer and choose

soft light.

Make the duplicated tube layer active and go to properties and

choose luminance legacy, then go to the duplicated 2 layer and choose

soft light.

Now go to xero . radiance

with these settings:

128-50-128-255

Do this to all tube layers.

Make round rectangle active again and go to

VanDer Lee - Unplugged X - Interlace

With these settings: 1-50-50-1-0-50

Move up and make circle layer active and mark and open paper 21

paste as a new layer.

Open frame 1 and paste as a new layer on top

of circle layer.

Open element scatter and paste on background layer as a new layer and

duplicate adn flip it.

Open skull & web element and paste as a new layer behind round rectangle.

duplicate and flip it.

Open speaker and paste as a new layer on top of circle layer into the frame 1.

Open element wire and paste on top of frame1 and under the speaker layer.

open element note circle and paste as a new layer on top balck square layer.

Gradient glow with a red color.

Paste the tube of choice as a new layer and

go to Xero - Radience 

This settings: 128-50-128-255

Now add the word art you want.
