Open template and press shift +D to duplicate the template and close the original.
Make raster 9 active and open paper 4 and paste as a new layer.
Go to effects- xero - fritillary
with these settings:

Add some bright noise to is as well
with these settings:
Intensity: 30 Darker
Add some gradient glow in red in 3.00 size on glow
add some bright noise to it as well.
Make copy of raster 9 active and open paper 4 and paste as a new layer.

Go to effects - xero - radience
with these settings:
128 - 50 - 128 - 255
Now add gradient glow and bright noise.
Make raster 6 active and add a new raster layer, flood fill with black.
Open close up of choice and paste as a new layer. Go to properities - luminance legacy.
go to properties again this time choose screen.
then go to your unplugged x plugins and find interlace
with these settings:

Open element 67 and paste behind the pandas in the frame, duplicate and mirror.
Open element 75 and paste it were you want it.
Open element 79 and paste it on top of raster 4.
Now open up your tube of choice and paste it as a new layer.

Now you open the tube of choice and paste as a new layer, add copyright and name.

Duplicate the layer and flip.
Make copy of raster 3 active and invert the colors.
Make raster 3 active and add a new raster layer to it and flood fill with white.
Merge down.
Take some parts of your tube of choice and paste in to the raster 3 layer.
Duplicate and mirror. Then go to properties and add some lumincance legacy to it,
duplicate again and go to properties again and add some screen to it.
Then go to VanDerLee and add some interlace to it with the settings you prefer.
Now make copy of raster 2 layer active and invert the color on it.
Then move up to raster 2 and make it active and open paper 1 and paste as a new layer.

Open frame 3 and resize to 450 x 450 and paste as a new layer on top of the raster 2 layer.
Open web and duplicate and merge down, add some gradient glow to it in color you prefer and flip it,paste it as a new layer on top of copy of raster 3.
Open splatter and paste as a new layer behind your tag, duplicate and move around as you like.
Open lights and resize to 677 x 63 and paste on top of the web.
Open swirls and resize to 40% and paste into the frame duplicate and mirror.
Open your tube and paste it on top of your tag.
Open sparkles and paste as a new layer over the tube.
Open pumpkin 2 and paste it to the right down beside your tubes feet.
Add these words " I Bite You Bleed, You May Scream But I Must Feed"
Now add copy Right and tag name and we are done!

Make copy of raster 10 active and open paper 7 and paste as a new layer,invert and delete.

I also add some bright noise to it as well with the intensity 35

Make raster 3 active and add some bright noise with these settings: intensity 35 Darker
Make copy of raster 13 active and add a new raster layer and flood fill with red and add some bright noise with these settings: intensity 35 Darker.
Make raster 14 active and open paper 1 and paste as a new layer.
add some gradient glow to is this time use color white and same settings as before.
~*Elements*~
Open web and paste it as a new layer on top of raster 13.
Open brad and paste it behind both raster 11.
Open city and paste as a new layer behind raster 5.
Open frame 3 and paste as a new layer on top of raster 13.
Open splatter and paste as a new layer move to bottom, duplicate and mirror as you like.
Open the tube of choice and paste as a new layer were you want it.
Open sparkles and paste on top of your tube.
Now add the words
"Take me from this earth an endless night
this, the end of life.
From the dark I feel your lips
and taste your bloody kiss."
Add copyright and tagname and we are done!

Toxic Waste

Let's Start!
Open template and press shift + D to duplicate the template and close the original.
Start by delete these layers: "Black dot,Black frame,White square, black rectangle and white rectangle. (these are the ones that are small) Lt yellow square 1 and 2.
Now make Lt yellow square4 active and open paper 1 and paste as a new layer.
Now we are adding some gradient glow to this in a color that matches our tag.
You can use whatever settings you prefer but i use black color, and width 3.00
Add some bright noise to it as well with the intensity 35
Now go to the next layer and make the Lt yellow square3 active and open paper 1 and paste as a new layer.

The next layer is Lt yellow circle3 go on and make it active and open paper 8 and paste as a new layer. Now we are adding some gradient glow to this in a color that matches our tag.

Make black dotted circle 3 active and add a new raster layer and floodfill with yellow.
add some bright noise to it same settings as before.
Do this to dotted cirlce 2 as well.
Make black circle 2 active and open paper 6 and paste as a new layer,invert and delete.
Now we are adding some gradient glow to this in a color that matches our tag.

Make yellow rectangle active and open paper 1 and paste as a new layer.
Now we are adding some gradient glow to this in a color that matches our tag.

Add some bright noise to it as well with the intensity 35
Make the Lt yellow circle active and open paper 9 and paste as a new layer and invert and delete.
Make the yellow circle active and add some bright noise to it same settings as before.
Make the black rectangle actvie and open paper 6 paste as a new layer, add gradient glow to it in yellow, then add bright noise to the whole layer, then add some bright noise to the yellow frame to.
~*Elements*~
Open element 86 and paste as a new layer on top of you tag.
Open element 12 and paste it on top of the black rectangle layer, duplicate it to you have 4
and place them next to eachother.
Then open element 2 and paste on top of them.
Open element 21 and paste it on top of the tellow frame layer.
Open element 20 and paste it as a new layer behind the black rectangle layer.
Open element 3 and paste it as a new layer on top of the black rectangle layer.
Open element 34 and resize it 40% paste it to the left side corner in the bottom of your tag.
Open element 16 and resize it 50% and paste on top of the element 34.
Open element 7 and paste behind all layers, duplicate and mirror.
Open element 30 and resize to 50% and paste it down in the corner with the lizard and barrel.
Open element 40 and paste as a new layer on top of the yellow frma layer.
Open element 50 and paste it behind your tag, duplicate and flip.
Open element 53 and paste it on top of yellow frame layer.
Open element 59 and paste it behind the toxic word frame and duplicate and mirror.
Open element 6 and paste it down in the left corner of your tag together with the lizard,barrel and ammo.
Add the words"I've turned down so many people that would treat me like a queen and I run back to the person that's the most toxic for me." with the fornt of choice.
Now add you tube of choice and copyright and tagname and we are done.
