Let's start!

Open template and press shift +D to duplicate the template and close the original.

Remove frame back layer, kandi word art and word art back.

Make top red cirlce active and open paper 12 and paste as new layer,

add some white gradient glow to it and aslo some bright noise.

Make black circle active and open paper 1 and add as a new layer.

Make bottom red circle active and open paper 12 and paste as new layer,

add some white gradient glow to it and also some bright noise.

Make black rectangle active and open paper 12 and paste as new layer, 

add some white gradient glow to it and also some bright noise.

Open elements 6 and resize it to 40% and paste it onto the white frame and duplicate it and mirror, duplicate and move theo ther to the middle.

Open element 86 and resize to 70% and paste as a new layr on top of white frame, duplicate and move it little up, duplicate again and move further up.

Open element 94 and paste as a new layer, duplicate and flip.

Open element 116 and paste it to the down left corner.

Open element 113 and paste it behind the frames.

Open element 92 and paste it were you like it.

Open element 76 and paste it were you prefer it.

Open element 2 and paste it in front of the chest.

Open element 17 and paste it behind your tag, duplicate and mirror.

Add copyright and name and we are done!
