Let us start!

Open template and press shift +D to duplicate the template and close off the original.

Make left circle layer active and open paper 4 paste as a new layer.

Now make right circle active and paste paper 4 as new layer.

Make center square bacl layer active and go to effects 

 - plugins and use dsb flux filter - bright noise 

with these settings:  Intensity: 37  Mix

Make center square active and open paper 1 and paste as new layer.

Open element 83 paste it as a new layer behind the circle left and duplicate and then mirror.

Open element 82 and paste as a new layer on top of center square and duplicate and flip.

Open element 72 and paste it on top of the left and right texture rectangles.

Open element 66 and paste it on top of texture rectangle left then duplicate and mirror, duplicate again and flip and then duplicate and mirror then flip.

Open element 59 and resize to 50% paste as a new layer on top of the texture rectangle right then duplicate and mirror. (make sure they cover the corners)

Open element 55 and paste as a new layer behind the tube, duplicate and mirror.

Open element 48 and paste it on top of center sqare, behind the gate, duplicate and mirror.

Open element 49  and paste it on top of center sqare, behind the gate, duplicate and mirror.

Open element 48  again and paste it on top of center sqare, behind the gate, duplicate and mirror.

Then open element 28 and paste it were you ant it.
