Let's start!

Open template and press shift + D to duplicate the template and close the original.

Make copy of 4 active and open paper 8 and paste as a new layer.

Make copy of raster 2 active and open paper 8 and paste as a new layer.

Make raster 4 active and open paper 8 and paste as a new layer.

Make copy 2 of raster 2 active and add some bright noise to it.

Make raster 8 active and add some graient glow to it width 3.0

Make raster 7 active and add some graient glow to it width 3.0

Make raster 9 active and add some gradient glow to it width 3.0

Make raster 2 active and add some gradient glow to it width 3.0

(I used white and black as gradient glow)

Open element 90 and paste into the circles duplicate and mirror.

Open element 78 and paste it as a new layer, duplicate and mirror.

Open element 75 and paste it were you want it, duplicate and mirror.

Open element 73 and paste it were you want it.

Open element 32 and paste as a new layer on top of the raster 5.

Open tube and paste as a new layer.

Add some radience to it.

Add  name and copyright and we are done!
