Let us start!
Open template and press shift + D to duplicate the template and close the original.
Make the raster 10 active and open paper 6 and paste as a new layer.
Make raster 10 active again and add some gradient glow in color of choice.
Then add a bright noise to it.
Now make copy of raster 10 active and open paper 6 again adn paste as a new layer.
Make copy of raster 10 active again and add some gradient glow in color of choice.
Then add a bright noise to it.
Make raster 9 active and open paper 13 and paste as a new layer.
Make raster 9 active again and add some gradient glow in color of choice.
Then add a bright noise to it.
Make raster 8 active and open paper 4 and paste as a new layer.
add gradient glow and bright noise to it.
Make copy of raster 8 active and open paper 4 again and paste as a new layer.
Add gradient glow and bright noise to it.
Make raster 7 active and open paper 15 and paste as a new layer.
Add gradient glow and bright noise to it.
Make copy of raster 7 active and open paper 15 again and paste as a new layer.
Add gradient glow and bright noise to it.
Make raster 6 active and open paper 1 and paste as a new layer.

Make copy of raster 6 active and open paper 1 again and paste as a new layer.

Make raster 3 active and open paper 13 and paste is as a new layer.
Add gradient glow and bright noise to it.

Make raster 4 active and open paper 15 and paste as a new layer.

Open element 119 and resize to 50% paste behind your tag.
Open element 132 and paste it were you like.
Open element 91 and resize 40% and paste it were you want it.
Open element 90 and paste it on top of raster 11 and duplicate and mirror,duplicate and flip.
Open element 9 and paste it as a new layer on top of raster 15.
Open element 41 paste it were you want it.
Open element 2 and paste it behind raster 9.
Open element 81 and paste were you want it.
Open element 88 and paste it were you want.
Open element 86 and paste it behind the tube to the left.
Open element 77 and paste it behind the tag or were you want.
Open element 20 and paste it to hide the legs of the tube.
