Open up the template shift + d to duplicate it and close out the original.

Make grey strip layer active and open paper 5 and paste as a new layer, invert and delete.

merge down.

Now make black strip layer active and open paper 8 and paste as a new layer, invert and delete and merge down.

Now make the blue rectangle layer active and open paper 9 and resize 50% to make it fit, paste as a new layer invert and hit delete and merge down.

Make the glitter spots left layer active and go to new adjustment layer - hue/saturation/lightness

and use these settings: 

hue: 77

saturation: 100

lightness: -4 

then press ok.

Then make the glitter spots right layer  active and go to new adjustment layer - hue/saturation/lightness

and use these settings: 

hue: 107

saturation: 100

lightness: -6

then press ok.

Open up tube of choice and paste as a new layer.

then go to effects- plugins - xero - radience

with these settings: 128 - 50 - 128 - 255

Use your dropper tool and copy two colors from your tag.

then go back to layer grey strip and go to effects - eyecandy4000 - gradient glow

with these settings: 

Glow width: 3

Soft corners: 25

Overall opacity: 100

check the (draw only outside selection)

do this to black strip, white frame layers as well.

and when you done it go back and use the other color you choice on those 3 layers as well..

Elements:

Open up element 10 paste it behind the black strip so it shows in the top of the right corner near the tubes head.

duplicate and mirror.

now open up the element 11 and resize 50% paste it behind the tube on the left then duplicate and mirror it.

open element 19 resize to 69% and paste behind the grey strip duplicate and flip it.

open element 60 and resize 50% then paste as a new layer on top of your tube's legs.

open element 58 and resize 50% and paste it were you want it..

then go to effects - eyecandy 4000 - gradient glow

with these settings:

Glow width: 3

Sof corners: 25

Overall opacity: 100

color: hotpink

Nearly done!

Now choose a word art you want add it and then add copyright

and at last the name you want on your tag!
