Open up the template shift + d to duplicate it and close out the original.

Make top rectangle active and open paper 6 and paste as a new layer.

make bottom rectangle active and open paper 6 again and paste as a new layer.

Make top circle active and open paper 5 and paste as a new layer.

Go to effects- dbs flux - bright noise

With these settings:

Intensity: 40

Mix

Make bottom circle active and open paper 5 again and paste as a new layer.

Go to effects- dbs flux - bright noise

With these settings:

Intensity: 40

Mix

Make top square active

Go to effects- dbs flux - bright noise

With these settings:

Intensity: 40

Mix

Make bottom square active

Go to effects- dbs flux - bright noise

With these settings:

Intensity: 40

Mix

Make ractangle active and open paper 16 and paste as a naew layer.

Open tube of choice and paste as a new layer.

Open web and rezie to 74% and paste behind the tube.

go to gradient glow take a purple from the tube and set glow to 3

and duplicate and flip.

Open bubbles and place behind the tube and duplicate and mirror.

Open filmstrip and add a new raster layer and take parts of the tube and paste into the frame and merge all together when you are happy.

Open sparkles and paste asa newl ayer up on top of the filmstrip layer.

Open kitty and paste behind the tube layer next to her legs.

Open flower 1 resize to paste on top of top circle and bottom circle.

Make background layer active and flood fill with black.

add mask and merge.

Add copyright and signature, and we are done☺
