This time i decided to make a tag without use of templates.

So open a new raster layer 750 x 750

then open element 80 and paste is as a new layer,  duplicate it 4 times and put them as you like this wiill be 

the background of your tag.  Then merge visible.

Then open the element 1 and resize to 70% and paste it to the right or left.

Now open the element  73 and paste it so it looks like it is water under and around the cabin.

Then duplicate and mirror.

Open element 26 resize to 70% and paste as a new layer behind the cabin layer.

Open the tube and resize to 80% and paste as a new layer.

Open element 8 and paste in fron of the frame to cover the bottom of the frame.

Open element  84 and and paste as a new layer.

Open element 83 and resize to 50% and paste in fron to the frame on the gras.

Open element 74 and resize to 70% and paste it were you like it.

Open element 62 and resize to 52% and paste it on the frame layer on top to the left.

Open element  6 resize to 18% and paste on the gras duplicate and place more if you like.

Open element 36 ans resize to 32% and paste in the middle of the frame.

Now add copyright and word art of choice and signature name and we are done.
