Let us Start!

Open up the template shift + d to duplicate it and close out the original.

Make circle left active and open paper 1 and paste as a new layer.

Go to Xero-fritillary

with these settings:

5-30-10-0

Make circle right active and open paper 1 and paste as a new layer.

Go to Xero-fritillary

with these settings:

5-30-10-0

Make yellow rectangle active and go to

dbs flux - bright noise

with these settings:

intensity:38

Mix

Make orange rectangle active and open paper 1 again and paste as a new layer.

Go to VanDer Lee- Unplugged X- Interlace

With these settings:

Screen

1-50-50-1-0-50

Make glitter circle orange active 

go to layers- new adjustment layer

hue/saturation/lightness

With these settings: 

Master

hue: 23

Saturation:63

Lightness:31

Open up tube of choice and paste it were you want it.

Open element 1 and paste behind tube.

duplicate and mirror it.

Open element 15 and paste on top of black circle.

Open element 20 and paste on top of orange rectangle, duplicate 

and mirror it.

Open element 44 and paste behind tube.

Open element 52 resize to 48% and paste it behind the tube on orange rectangle layer.

duplicate and mirror it.

Open element 31 and paste it on top of circle layers duplicate flip and mirror it.

Open element 18 and paste it with the tubes waist.

Now add coyright and signature and we are done☺
